1. Create the first administrator account

2. Server public URL

This is set via the OUTPOST_MTLS_SITE_URL environment variable (REQ-SET-02: server URL is env-var-only, not stored here) -- used in the agent install commands shown after enrollment.

This web UI is currently being served at: https://outpostinventory.com/

3. Notification channels (optional)

Email not configured -- set EMAIL_HOST etc. in .env to enable this later.

Pushover not configured -- set PUSHOVER_API_TOKEN/PUSHOVER_USER_KEY in .env to enable this later.

Per-alert-type channel toggles and test buttons are available afterward at Alerts → Notification settings.
